Intake Specialist (Bilingual)
- Type: Full-Time
- Description: Fielding new client inquiries, drafting detailed client intake notes, scanning and saving documents, aiding in the decision-making process for client retention, ensuring client retention, and other general administrative duties.

Legal Assistant
- Type: Full-Time
- Description: Preparing routine forms and paperwork, filing documents with various courts, communicating with your supervising attorney(s), sending and receiving emails, calendaring tasks and events, and handling other legal matters as necessary.
- Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and not take constructive criticism personally. The right candidate should have the experience to anticipate what a busy law firm’s needs are likely to be and the flexibility to grow and adapt with the job.

Associate Attorney
- Type: Full-Time
- Description: This position is for a litigation associate, who will handle case-specific tasks at every stage of a case—from prelitigation to conclusion. The written work will involve various pleadings and complex motions, including class certification motions, class action settlement agreements, preliminary or final approval motions, and discovery practice. The litigation associate will also be involved with court appearances, oral arguments, and depositions when the need arises.
- Experience: This position is ideal for an attorney with between one and three years of experience, but we are open to considering applications from a wide variety of candidates, including post-bar law clerks and attorneys with decades of experience. We are looking for team-players only. No attitudes, no egos.

Case Manager
- Type: Full-Time
- Description: Communicating extensively with attorneys, courts, and current or prospective clients (both in writing and verbally); maintaining a highly-organized system of digital case files; and tracking cases, deadlines, tasks, and calendaring events.
